How do you source candidates?

We use a combination of traditional tools, LinkedIn, etc., but also advanced AI to identify candidates that may not be on other recruiters’ radars. This ensures we source unique candidates and candidates in niche skill areas that others may struggle in finding.

How do you ensure candidates are right for a role?

Every candidate is screened via an interview, either face to face or virtually, to assess their knowledge and confidence with technical skills, as well as their personality fit for your team. If a candidate isn’t suitable for your requirements, they are filtered out.

How do your fees work?

Our fees are charged on a success only basis. You only get charged when we find the right person for your team and once they start. If, in the unlikely event, it doesn’t work out, we also offer a free replacement or refund on a sliding scale.
